It is not my intention to say that you should stop focusing on the negative beliefs. It will only increase their influence in your work environment, which is not what you want. You should also be aware that if you have a strong influence on your emotions and views, it can be worth devoting some energy to changing them.
Finding the root causes of these problems and then working out the best way to eradicate them is the hardest part. It is essential to first recognize and remove any destructive scripts from the scene. Just a few minutes will be required to make that suggestion as you continue with your day to day meditation.
